Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bricklog ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Bricklog is a mobile application that helps users catalog and manage their LEGO® set collections, track minifigures, and maintain wishlists. The app is provided by Marvey Studios ("we", "us", or "our").

Use of the App

You agree to use Bricklog only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the app

Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Marvey Studios and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse this application. All LEGO® set data, images, and related content are property of their respective owners.

Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Rebrickable: For LEGO set data and images. Use of this data is subject to Rebrickable's terms of service.
• Apple iCloud: For data synchronization across devices. Use is subject to Apple's terms of service.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

User Data

Your collection data is stored locally on your device and optionally in your iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not responsible for any loss of data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the app will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the app will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marvey Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the app
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
• Any errors or omissions in the app's content

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
